If you haven’t checked out the Kickstarter yet, we think it’s important to point out that we included rewards that you’ve actually been asking about for a long time now! 

Butchery Classes:  These have been on our list for years now, and your patience will prove to be worth the wait!  We are offering Butchery Classes on our Kickstarter!  Kevin will be leading 2 private butchery classes for groups of 6.  Learn butchery techniques and skills!  Take home your handiwork, grill it up, and brag to all of your friends! 

Cheese Tastings:  Did you ever want to taste your way through all of our cheeses?  Now is your chance to learn all about the wonderful cheeses the South brings you, taught by our certified cheesemonger, Scott!  Did you know we are going to have a brand new cheese shop featuring Southern cheeses?!

4 Course Tasting Menu:  Be delighted with our 4 course tasting menu on any night and see what The Cockentrice is all about!  Experience whole animal cuisine with all charcuterie made by The Spotted Trotter exclusively for The Cockentrice.
