Menu for the Week of September 29, 2014 – Changing of the Guard

Hello!

As seasons change and dusk creeps in earlier and earlier, there seems to be a changing of the guard here at The Spotted Trotter.  From developing new menus, to producing heartier sausages, to building our management team for The Cockentrice and The Spotted Trotter 2, we are changing.  We are charging forward and couldn’t be more excited!  If anyone has driven by the Krog St. Market recently, they will see our logos in the windows of our new second home.  We are getting closer and closer to opening and are all driving forward.  We are producing new types of salami, we are putting up pickles and jams, we are curing amazing meaty goodness, and we are procuring new cheeses!  We are changing, we are growing, we are charging forward!

Looking forward to enjoying this next phase with all of you!
