Our apologies for the late post, but damn if those three-day weekends don’t throw everything off!  Thanks to everyone who came in and purchased goodies for your Memorial Day celebrations — we were wiped out by Sunday evening and so honored to have been made a part of your weekend with friends, family, and food!  For those of you who were able to grab some of the Ossabaw pork chops, we hope you loved them as much as we did!

It’s ironic that just as the kids wind up their school projects for the summer, Kevin is, of course, searching out his next big “to do”.  Current projects include obtaining quotes to break ground on our new 700+ square foot curing room, planning a Slow Food dinner to help raise money for Terra Madre with several local all-star chefs (stay tuned!), and expanding our reach to menus in Louisville, Kentucky at La Coop-Bistro A Vins
