Menu for the Week of March 30, 2015 — Happy Easter and “Spring ‘No’ Break” for the TST Team!

This time of year is always a bit confusing for us — many schools are out for their “Spring Breaks” but we are always emerging from our January/February slumber, with the idea of no break in sight!  Nothing could be more true this year.  

First — Easter is this weekend, and we are busy preparing hams, lamb, and all things charcuterie and cheese-related for many of you who pre-ordered something special.  For those of you who didn’t, never fear — stop in to either shop, and I’m sure we can set you up with something that we already have in-house.  

Second — This weekend marks the last weekend for us before Farmers Markets open — Peachtree Road FM opening day is April 11 and Grant Park opening day is April 19!  See you there!

Third — We are in the final stages of drafting our lunch menu for The Cockentrice, and that service will begin with the opening of our PATIO in early April.  Stay tuned for exact details (like, an announcement that our furniture has actually arrived…a small, but important detail don’t you think?).

Finally — Kevin and part of the team are all furiously planning for a week-long trip to The Masters in Augusta next week.  How’s that for bad (but exciting) timing!?

So, for those of you getting ready (or just getting back from) your Spring Break, think about extending that break just a bit by visiting us at either retail location 7 days a week and saying hello to all of the hard-working Spotted Trotter family who won’t see a break until perhaps Memorial Day!  But then we’ll be preparing for all the cookouts that happen on Memorial Day, won’t we….
