Menu for the Week of March 26, 2012 — The TST Team Grows Again!

This week we are so proud to welcome John Gimson to The Spotted Trotter team!  John will be our new market manager for all three markets — East Atlanta, Grant Park & Peachtree Road, which start in only a few short weeks!  And, here’s some additional exciting market news — we have confirmed we can sell all of the canned items we’ll be producing at all three markets AND we’ll be bringing all of the Southeastern cheeses we sell at the retail shop to the East Atlanta market, too!

This week, in addition to several new menu items, the fact that we’re going strong with EIGHT salamis on the menu, and HOT DOGS are back (!!!), we highly recommend coming in to try some of the new bresaola, lomo, or saucisson l’ail!  How’s this for a customer review?  We were fortunate enough to debut these products this past weekend, just as a customer, who is visiting from Spain, walked into our store.  He specifically requested lomo, but of course we made him try everything to get his opinions!  Well, we received the stamp of approval, and he even assured us he would be proud to sport our TST Charcuterie reusable grocery bag anywhere in Europe!   Affirmations like this and the constant support of all of you make this all worthwhile!
