Menu for the Week of July 15, 2013 – July Showers Bring N’duja Flowers

Hopefully you’ve missed some of the rainiest Spring and Summer weather we can remember in years by taking your summer vacation early.  If you have, however, maybe you’ve missed out on some of our newest offerings that we’ve been working on.  First, N’duja, our spreadable salami, is flying off the shelves.  We were originally inspired to start making it for KR Steakbar, but we finally have it in a solid enough rotation that we can offer it to our market and retail shop customers.  Our market manager, John, was even sampling it at last week’s Peachtree Road Farmer’s Market — you have to try it!  Second, boar salami is back, and is the perfect, deep, rich summer salami to bring to your next picnic.  Amaze your friends with pastured boar — seasoned with garlic, sea salt, and smoked pimenton.  Finally, if you have not taken the opportunity to try the numerous Many Fold Farm and Prodigal Farm cheeses we have in the shop, you are truly missing out on some of the best cheeses Georgia and North Carolina has to offer.

Hold UP…..wait a MINUTE……This just in…….We have some Exciting and very Delicious NEWS out to you first, our dedicated customers in next weeks post,  so stay tuned Atlanta and…..
