This weekend The Spotted Trotter embarks on its first road trip — to Charleston, South Carolina — for Charleston’s annual Food & Wine Festival.  In Charleston, we’ll be cooking at the second coming of Lambs & Clams outside Fig Restaurant, inside the after-party for many of the chefs who will be flocking to ‘ole Chuck Town.   To sum it up, we’re over-the-moon honored, humbled, and pretty freaking excited!  Don’t fear if this trip isn’t necessarily on your weekend calendar, just consider it a warm-up for this May’s Atlanta Food & Wine Festival!  

This Spring is going to be so exciting!  Our creative juices are working overtime —  check out several new menu items listed below and the return of a couple of your favorites!  Stay hungry and Eat Good Meat!
