First off, everyone here at The Spotted Trotter and The Cockentrice would like to thank you for a wonderful year. Thank you all for making this year one we certainly will never forget.  Everything has become bigger, better, and tastier throughout the year.  Our business has grown, our recipe book has grown, and most importantly our family has grown with new employees and new customers.  Without you all, none of this would have been possible — so thank you.  But — wait — before 2014 goes into the history books (or at least simultaneously), we have one last final growth spurt to make!

Without further ado, we are giddy to announce that this Friday, January 2nd marks the Grand Opening of our new restaurant The Cockentrice!  We will be open for service at 5:30 and ready to show the world what we’ve been working so hard on these past almost 2 years now.  Thank you again for everyone who has supported us, especially this past year, as we have pushed as hard as possible to make this dream a reality.  We can’t wait to share it with you!  

But with all the excitement, don’t forget about our tried and true friend The Spotted Trotter.  This week, we are still cranking out lots of product, making everything you need for that last grand party of the year.  Fresh sausages, tasty treats, and all sorts of porky goodness for that year-end meal.  End the year in style, just like you spent the rest of the year, with the Spotted Trotter on your table.

All the best to you and yours in 2015.  This has definitely been a year that we will never forget, and thank you for being a part of this amazing journey!
