Menu for the Week of April 2, 2012 — Happy Easter This Sunday!

This week is special for at least two reasons.  First, Sunday, April 8th is Easter.  Second, the Masters are this week down in Augusta — another kind of religious experience if you’re a golf lover.  What does this mean for The Spotted Trotter?  It’s just two more reasons to get together with friends and family and celebrate health and happiness through food! 

If you have your heart set on something you see below for either of these occasions or just for your weekly menu — please remember you can always use our preorder form to reserve your order in advance.  At least for the next month, we really encourage everyone to take advantage of this option.  As we dramatically increase production to begin our three farmers markets this month, it’s going to take all we have to produce enough product, while also ensuring we aren’t stressing our local farms by ramping up too quickly.  It’s a delicate balance, but one we know you, as supporters of local, sustainable food, can understand and even appreciate.  Kudos to all of you for being our partner in changing the way this country eats.
