THANKS EASTER BUNNY BOK, BOK!

Although the current weather is not showing spring, Easter is just around the corner and with Easter comes great family meals and wonderful meats. We currently are working with a number of wonderful local farms to provide for you some delicious Lamb, Mutton, Quail, Hams and yes Rabbits. So please don’t miss your chance to get some of the finest meat in the city. Please let us know as soon as you do! We also have a new delicious Spiced Mutton with Drunken Raisin Sausage, fresh Steak and Kidney Pies, and for the Easter weekend we will have fresh White Oak Pasture Lamb Racks and Whole Lamb Legs for roasting.  So hop along in to the shop and get your meaty goodness this week. Scott has also aligned some wonderful cheese selections for your Easter meats. We look forward to seeing you!

    Hey Kevin!
    Been waiting for enough of my favorites to be on the menu to make it worth a trip. The only ones missing are the Rosso, French Toulouse (sp?) and wow, I loved the Rabbit and Fig Crepinettes! The Cherry and Pork is my favorite, hands down, so decided to go for it this week.

    Soooo, I would like to order the following at 5-6 ounces each please: Cherry and Pork x 4, Rabbit Boudin x 4, Lamb Merguez x 2, Sweet Hot Italian x 2. Is the Spiced Mutton spicey hot? How hot compared to the Sweet Hot Italian? And will you describe the Borderlaise please? Would you please vacuum pack them for freezer for me?

    Hope I get to see you. It will be either Friday or Saturday that I will come. BTW, been meaning to ask you for a recommendation. This year marks a “big” one for me so wanted to celebrate at a nice place I would not typically be able to go. Instructions from friends who want to take me out.
