Menu for the Week of July 29, 2013-
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

I buy from SP regularly. I used to work in commercial kitchens and volunteer farm for my local CSA (Love is Love farm).
Is it possible to volunteer for a day and learn the craft of charcuterie? It’s long been something that I would like to learn hands on. I’m free days, I work nights. Feel free to email me back. If this is an off the wall request or you just can’t accommodate, no worries. I love the food you make and would like to learn more but I will never stop buying from SP. Keep up the amazing work.
