Hey Atlanta, We would like to give a warm thanks to all of our customers and lovers of fine meats that gave us great props on the most recent Creative Loafing Spread! Thank you for your kind words and enthusiastic praise about our meats! . We really love you Atlanta and appreciate all the great things you had to say about us and the work we do . It is words of encouragement like that, that makes us love what we do and keeps our team coming in each and every day to provide the best for you!  Just to let everyone know we are deep in the Spring harvest and will be showcasing some of the season’s upcoming goodies! We have a number of our own new items and will be featuring some new menu items in the upcoming weeks.  We will be coming out with a new Cuban fresh sausage that will feature our own ground pork sausage, tasso ham and Swiss cheese, delicious on the grill. In addition to that we have been busy drying out pounds of aromatic ramp greens for our new seasonal wild ramp sausages. Keep a close watch on the menu and come and get some as soon as we announce it!  As you already may know the East Atlanta Farmers Market is in full effect and offers a great way to incorporate local  fresh meats, dairy and veggies into your weekly menu without having to make the haul to a grocery store! So come and set yourself up for success, it is open every Thursday from 4-8 PM , come grab some great food and then head over to Midway for a beer!  If you head over this week and say, I EAT GOOD MEAT get $1.00 off any Fresh Sausages! I am going to have a crawfish/shrimp boil and will grill some sausage rather than boil. I have been told that I can’t do better than your sausage. Which of your selections do you recommend and do I need to order in advance, or just come and get it? Thanks.
