Many thanks for your hospitality on Sunday during our first visit with Kelley. All the sausages and pepperoni made it to NC and we are busy spreading the word over here about your wonderful selections and store. We hope to re-visit The Spotted Trotter next week for our next stash of goodies.

I bought your fresh sausage at the Decatur’s Farmers Market on Wed. Now I am planning to cook it, but alas, there are no instructions on the package. So I came to the website, and I can’t find instructions here either. Please put up cooking suggestions for your fresh sausage.
